I. When cutting meat:

2. The meat slices and shredded meat are rolled up on the knife row shaft. The reason may be that there is a gap between the tip of the knife comb and the outer circle of the blade spacer in the knife row and they are not close together. Adjustments should be made.
II. When mincing meat: The meat comes out in a paste-like state. The reasons may be:
1. The front nut is too loose, and the meat plate and the meat cutting knife are in poor contact. The front nut should be readjusted.
2. The meat plate is blocked. Clear it.
3. The edge of the meat cutting knife is blunt. Grind or replace it.
