As you can see, this is a roll of wool yarn; standard manufacturing processes typically generate a significant amount of waste material of this nature. If not promptly recovered and processed, this would result in a tremendous waste of resources.

Consequently, we modified one of our proprietary Fiber Opening Machines and subjected the material to a test run.

Following the treatment, the fibers were completely loosened—uniformly opened and rendered significantly fluffier.

This process enables the effective recovery and recycling of waste materials, allowing them to be reused and resulting in substantial cost savings.
